Thank you for your interest in the Ten4Two scholarship program. This scholarship is specifically designed to assist single-parent households in providing their child, grades 2nd – 9th, with the opportunity to attend Camp Laurelwood. Each year the scholarship will send one camper for the 1st session and one camper for the 2nd session at no cost to the family. Please complete all sections of this application form accurately and honestly. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
